The staff were very helpful. Thai-Jason in particular was very knowledgeable. I like to compare Jason to an encyclopedia. His English language skills are excellent. I loved the room and the view and the location. And the housekeeping, reception, and F&B teams did their jobs well.

Buffet breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Steam Room and sauna was good too, and so was the fitness centre/gym. The cardio machines were a bit laggy and slow (in terms of using the screens). Centre if nha Trang, so you can go to the gold coast mall/Lotte mart next door, and not far from other attractions. Beach was ok, can be a bit dirty, but that's not the hotels fault, you'd be better if just hanging out by the pool I think. Roof top bar great but be aware that the happy hour requires you to buy 2 drinks per person minimum for the 50% discount. The kids club was great with plenty of toys.

The ocean view looked like the pictures posted; we had a nice view of Vinpearl Island. Convenient location. There's a shopping mall within a one minute walk along the main road, which has a great grocery store, department stores, restaurants, brand name goods, money exchange, etc. The typical Sheraton breakfast buffet was a great, with a variety of options. ALL staff were very friendly and very helpful, from the greeting at the main entrance to the reception and dinning.

breakfast is amazing with varieties, friendly and very professional staff, Feast Buffet was excellent, every single staff is respectful and very caring. the views from the room and the bathroom are best parts of our stay. My partner was pleasantly surprised with the birthday decoration The Altitude bar was also one of our best experience with Sheraton STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THIS FANTASTIC HOTEL WITH THEIR REPUTABLE STANDARDS

Amazing stay!! We stayed in their executive suite and the views were unreal! The breakfasts were really nice, a wide selection of things! Room service & house keeping were always great quality & the separate living room + bedroom was amazing for when my partner needed to work! The panoramic views from every single room was INCREDIBLE - will stay here again when in Vietnam! Also the infinity pool and view from the rooftop were just incredible I loved every single pool day! You can just cross the road and chill by the ocean with a coconut if you fancy that as well! The hotel facilities offer a lot like the spa, gym etc is great!

The staff in all venues were excellent and super friendly. The Altitude roof top bar was fantastic. All the staff at the bar were amazing and so very friendly and helpful, the best place to go for pre-dinner drinks. Buffet breakfast one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to everyone at the hotel 😊

We really enjoyed the breakfast. It had variety of food and was really good. Location is great walking distance to every where. It is very touristy. Beach is right cross the street. Staff is wonderful! I would definitely come back here.

Breakfast was nice in the premier room, although on my last morning I ordered a scrambled egg 3 times and it never came I sat and waited for 25 minutes they kept telling me it was coming, I gave up asking in the end and left. One other morning I asked for a scrambed egg with no cheese and I was given an Omlette with cheese.
