The staff were very helpful. Thai-Jason in particular was very knowledgeable. I like to compare Jason to an encyclopedia. His English language skills are excellent. I loved the room and the view and the location. And the housekeeping, reception, and F&B teams did their jobs well.

The ocean view looked like the pictures posted; we had a nice view of Vinpearl Island. Convenient location. There's a shopping mall within a one minute walk along the main road, which has a great grocery store, department stores, restaurants, brand name goods, money exchange, etc. The typical Sheraton breakfast buffet was a great, with a variety of options. ALL staff were very friendly and very helpful, from the greeting at the main entrance to the reception and dinning.

Amazing stay!! We stayed in their executive suite and the views were unreal! The breakfasts were really nice, a wide selection of things! Room service & house keeping were always great quality & the separate living room + bedroom was amazing for when my partner needed to work! The panoramic views from every single room was INCREDIBLE - will stay here again when in Vietnam! Also the infinity pool and view from the rooftop were just incredible I loved every single pool day! You can just cross the road and chill by the ocean with a coconut if you fancy that as well! The hotel facilities offer a lot like the spa, gym etc is great!

The breakfast venue was clean, with many items, and everything was delicious. The room was clean. The view was good. The shower had no water pressure problems, and there was a bathtub. The toilet was clean and well-equipped. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the most bustling area. The area further south is more lively. However, there are no issues with access. It was nice that the beach was nearby as well. Above all, the staff was kind.

We were warmly welcomed by the reception team …it’s always nice. We booked an ocean view room and we’re not disappointed it’s well worth the additional cost, being a 5 star property in the Marriott hotel group expect the best . “The Food”we booked into their main restaurant aptly named Feast and it was seafood/Asian/ western the spread was of a very high standard with the staff being right on the money, friendly service but not an overkill with a real buzzy atmosphere. We enjoyed our first night so much we rebooked in for a second Feast the following evening. T The pool area needs to be discovered OMG what an infinity view, staff are on hand if you require a cold drink or a pool towel.

Good location across the street from a long, sandy beach and steps away from a shopping mall. Modern high rise building offering incredible views of the beach, ocean and the city. Comfortable suite with all expected facilities. Great breakfast buffet in the main restaurant We enjoyed two bathrooms, two TVs and two balconies. Incredible executive lounge with even better views, great selection of foods and drink and an enthusiastic young, English-speaking staff. Many thanks especially to Trinh (Junia) who showered us with attention, helped with our dietary requirements and anticipated our daily personal needs.

The staff were outstanding, it was a celebratory to for my wife's 60th birthday, the staff went out of their way to make it very special. Decorated or room and gave a cake, very special. But also other outstand service, from help booking restaurants, to help at the pool with minor first aid. Really great, highly recommended
